10 Year Diamond Jewellery Guarantee:
All diamond jewellery purchased from Stonz comes with a seven year guarantee on quality and workmanship.

12 Month Jewellery Guarantee:
All jewellery purchased from Stonz comes with a 12 month guarantee on quality and workmanship.

General Conditions of Guarantee:
Stonz Jewellers reserves the right to judge whether or not the jewellery has been subject to misuse, abnormal wear, alteration, substitution, or any type of use causing deterioration. If the jewellery shows any signs of these the guarantee is entirely void.
 

Stonz Jewellers reserves the right to choose whether to repair, replace, or refund the jewellery. Up to 18 days must be allowed for repairs.

Any alteration to the jewellery, such as the re-sizing of rings, must be done by Stonz Jewellers.
The jewellery must be accompanied by the guarantee.
The guarantee must be signed by Stonz Jewellers sales professional as verification that the jewellery has been checked six months from the date of purchase & at least every 12 months thereafter (diamond guarantee only).
Jewellery that has been specially sourced or manufactured to order may not be able to be returned for exchange or credit.
White gold jewellery is usually rhodium plated to enhance its appearance & shine. This plating is not permanent and due to wear may require re-plating from time to time. This is not covered by the guarantee.

How to Pay:
Have the jewellery that you want; payment options include:
•  Eftpos & credit card in store.
•  Direct Debit to our bank account………………………………. Please ensure you include Your name & reference………………so we can process your payment efficiently.
•  No deposit and interest free periods with weekly/monthly payments via Gilrose Finance. (Credit Conditions apply)
•  Lay-by with 20% deposit, and 3 months to pay off your purchase. Lay-bys and payments can only be made in Stonz Jewellers Stores
